Many people refuse to accept it as valid vote, because of a judge's personal interpretation of legislation as being an allowable voting system.

This should have been voted as an referendum to be considered as being credible!

Since this precedence, politicians will us this form of plebiscite to push controversial items, simply to get it out off they way.

That is what happened to the same sex marriage legislation!
