Either do I have a line of credit secured against equity in real estate.
I transfer funds between my trading account and the line of credit account as I see fit and I am charged interest in the balance.
You should be able to have dividends deposited into it if you wish.
The advantage with a line of credit is you can change the amount borrowed at will without being locked in to fixed borrowing.
