This is quite baffling. We are back at $A1600 gold today and we have swung below $2.00 on volume.
It does not look like capitulation, which is sell at any price to cover the margin, but it certainly challenges the normal correlation to both A$ and US$ POG and it has volume on the direction.
Who would be unloading in this volume? Foreign holders bearish A$?
I will be looking at the end of day chart, if it goes back to the opening price, stick no bar, that would be very bullish, al little bit of green on the stick even more so. If it doesn't my rudimentary charting skills paint an ugly diagram in the short run.
Margin call capitulation?
