But I guess when all the borrowers are forced out of the market there will be bargains for those with cash. I agree with sentiments about borrowing and I guess most of the margin lending has been concentrated in the resources space where there are (or were) opportunities for big capital gains. One thing I know is that the lenders usually don't miss out - unless it is sub prime loan!
