    What was your goal i the start, if it was long term wealth creation, and you were geared at a conservative level then he prob has not done anything wrong as any portfolio geared at even 40% would now be close enough to zero.

    If your goal was to trade then you might have a case.

    Did he warn you about the risks and how a margin call worked?
