Just figured out and added them successfully on my ignore list
From the mobile not possible I guess, but from the desktop you have the option in settings-->ignored members. One will have to know the username of the person they want to add in the list.
Never really realised how happy it would make me to add someone in the ignore list on HC..hahaha..
I hope the ignored ones are proud of the image they have created for themselves for a stranger like me and many other in HC.
