I think the current issue is business continuity. Miners should notify shareholders how they are going to protect against outbreak and how they will manage outbreak. What would be impact on SAR if they had to shut the mine for several weeks? This is number one issue management should be thinking about right now. Some gold miners are smashed more than Qantas and airlines are really shutting down due to various restrictions.
Its not hard to come up with a good plan.
For example getting healthy volunteers that will stay on site for the next 2 months. Breaking them into small working groups isolated from each other. Keeping record who had contact with who. Implementing best prevention procedures (hands washing, mask wearing when in contact, disinfecting equipment, having medics on site, checking temperatures daily, etc etc
