and its all speculation anyway GM,,last time I checked the legislation still is not in parliament and just about all the voters seem to be against it............come to think of it arent the clowns already supposed to be relying on the Mining tax since the 1/7/2011 for their budget numbers but that legistlation isnt even presented yet it?,,,,
