ANZ Margin Lending are pretty ruthless with their Margin Calls. I got caught on ABC - got the email saying I had 24 hours to cough up the money.
I think others have the courtesy of 72 hours.
But then again none of them were involved in OPES either.
Not sure what happens if people elect not to pay up if they were only geared on OZL? I know long term they would go to court - but short term what can ANZ do?
