it's not like this wasn't on the cards - there would have been plenty of time to take action (that's not to say I agree with it because any buyer on margin would have hoped for a change in fortune...). Still, I can't say there's any reason to read anything into this - there are and have been LOTS of changes over the last few weeks and even months; this does not just happen to companies that are on the ropes.
