I do not beleive it I am actually agreeing with Hell.

Even though the market is looking at further downside there will be good short and long term bargins to be had along the way and not just in banks.

Marginal lending can be a great way of gaining leverage on these bargins but if you are borrowing to buy stocks at any time I beleive that you should never use a marginal lending account to the maximum limit and always have a stick to a stop loss.
