It all depends on your ability to trade and the direction of the market.
If you have been trading well and most of your trades are in the green then take the leverage and increase the size of your trades. However if your win / loss ratio is poor and your trading style is raw, avoid leverage at all cost. It will make the hole your digging wider and deeper.
