MrQ, firstly what are the regulators supposed to be looking at exactly? A falling share price?
Furthermore, unfortunately our regulators are underfunded and underresources. They don't even properly pursue blatant cases of fraud where companies go bust and investors lose everything, while managers and others escape with the spoils.
There is zero chance of the regulators taking any time to "investiage".
There is zero chance of a capital raising anywhere near 40 cents as you suggest.
You better get a reality check.
