Researcher, Thanks again for your input. It was the two board directors of Avenue Capital (Paul Manka and Michael Hiscock) and at the same time,also board directors of MFS that put in the redemption of it's clients investment who as a wholesale client, had a 24 hour withdrawal notice facility. What really presses my button, is that my investment was classed as a wholesale investment and I was never notified of any 24 hour redemption facility. This is further demonstration of favoratisim and inside knowledge in advance in my opinion. I am sure ASIC can no longer bury it's head or hide in ignorance now that these facts are under public scrutiny and have been made public. I am sure there will be more unscrupulous dealings which will be revealed and publicised in the short term. Keep investigating and researching, thanks , Seamisty
