Selling Rotary now would be foolish as the price Hastie would get for it now would be at a massive discount to what they payed for it.
Buying Rotary at the top of the cycle was a big mistake and selling at the bottom of the cycle would be another one.
By the way Hastie does have a manufacturing plant in China.
In my opinion Hastie group went wrong by aquiring busineses at the top of the cycle and did not forsee the downturn and take the appropiate action by reducing the head count and being selective about tendering for contracts.
I will be taking up my entitlement as i am of the opinion that steps will be taken to improve the performance of the business.
In my opinion once all the issues are resolved we should see the share price go to above 40 cents in a few years from now.
