This selling is not part of any conspiracy takeover theory. It is simply margin selling.
I wouldn't be surprised if the margin selling is on behalf of Belgravia which is a substantial shareholder of IMP (at very low levels at approx 0.008) as they are margined to Primebroker Securities which is part of the Chimaera Capital Group where ANZ is selling numerous stocks that they have used as security for Belgravia.
Does anyone know how much Belgravia held?
Expect a bounce when the selling finishes.
