i have heard from some people that stark investments could not possibly lose on the deal they entered.

is this right? surely if the company goes bust altogether stark would lose bigtime! you could argue that there is some underlying value in the plant and the product itself but what good is a product that cannot sell? and the plant seems to be a white elephant.
