    Through semantics, I stand corrected

    it has never been "declared" non-commercial (P1), but the last time I was holding GDN, the figures released on gas flow certainly didn't tally up to any sort of commercial flow.

    But my question remains...have they done anything since 2007 that would make it 'more viable'?

    Am not trying to stir, just understand where we are at. If they are piggybacking P1 onto P3 then I get a better idea. On it's own P1 didn't have commercial flow rates
