I only have answer to last question, Brazil beef products (live or dead) are banned in China. Currently there are 2million tons of smuggling beef into China through Vietnam and Hongkong some of them are sourced from Brazil. Brazil beef are banned in many countries due to diseases before, but the ban from USA was released recently so this might change. China source beef from Australia, New Zealand, Canada and that U something country. Giving current Chinese beef price, there are still plenty of room for Wellard to make profit. However, it is not as safe as AAC. This is a high risk and high potential company.
