Og's, we tried on several occasions firstly when Robin Beaumont fell ill and resigned and secondly when the former company secretary Andrew Bald was punted.
If you have a look at the top 20 many of the names are linked in one way or another.
We approached the CEO and the Chairman and requested a shareholder representative on the board; it was rejected.
We then requested an ASA representative it was rejected
We then requested a new independent director with my more knowledge in finance, sales and marketing it was rejected (look at the board no one has those skills)
Og's, we have tried everything but the only thing we have achieved is loose millions in combined shareholders value; and your wondering why we are filthy
The final step is an EGM, and unless Maria Halasz starts to deliver that is exactly where we are headed. Trying telling all the option holders it is fine to lose all your cash whilst the CEO banks plenty of coin and delivers no shareholder value
