It is a given that Cellmid's market capitalisation has increased since 2007 where shares outstanding were less than 100m compared to now where we have +700m in addition to the options; but the net tangible assets per share on issue has been declining since 2010 (my starting reference point) = .80c per share versus 2014 = .51c pet share
Maybe it is just me; but these back of the envelope numbers suggest to me that Maria Halasz has grossly under performed; whilst having her pay packet grow by 59% to well over $500k plus free loan shares and making a nice little back door profit on her private equity holding Direct Capital in Advangen International.
From memory in 2013 Cellmid acquired back the 5% interest Maria had through an entity controlled by her in Adv. International for 3.5m shares which resulted in a net approx. profit of $154,796 - $35,265 = $119,531 (this alone calls into question what the book value was of the subsidiary valued at when allocating equity and the same when Cellmid bought it back - refer to the 2014 annual report page 59 section note 22 point b)
T7, like I have said previously we can only assume and guesstimate what the future may have installed for Cellmid but history doesn't lie and the information tabled above are real facts and figures.
Regrettably T7, I don't share your confidence in the CEO Maria Halasz but I do respect your decision and hopefully the same vice versa.
