I think their aim with these leases is to get government funding to drill then if any core samples strike a pay load, sell it off to someone who is far more experienced and cashed up than SOR to exploit the lease further with an aim to eventually bring it into production. To be perfectly honest I think this part of the business is simply a roulette wheel they are playing with hoping to hit the jackpot off a couple of test drills. It takes years and years to bring a mine into production and a massive amount of government red tape to get through and expensive infrastructure. There is no way that SOR is capable of bringing anything like this into commercialisation. In fact they haven't been able to bring any of their projects into commercialisation and start making some profits in over a decade !!! They are a company that has relied on government and shareholder hand outs to survive and lots of flowery reports to keep us plebs interested !!!. This could change of course at any time, yet likely in the technology space not mining. Would love them to secure a large cornerstone investor as well or perhaps an emerging technology fund as both would do their due diligence before investing and this would therefore give confidence that SOR are getting somewhere behind the scenes. Anyway we plod on for yet another year with fingers crossed !!! E.
