I dont think there will be less busts.
The fed laws still exist, take it past the ACT boundary and its a crime and the ACT is very small and a lot of workers in ACT live in NSW.
Also supplying, buying,selling and driving within a couple of days will get you busted.
The good thing is you can now walk around with it legally but wont be able to smoke it in public places as with Tobacco.
I use to attend rallies in the 70s to legalise Marijuana and now its happening, but slowly.
