In the absence of clarity re the license application I'm assuming it hasn't been lodged. Otherwise why wouldn't they announce such a pivotal event in the co's fast-moving evolution? It wouldn't hurt them to do so, surely. Yet they refuse to respond to reasonable inquires from investors.

Which raises the question - why have they chosen not to lodge an application by now. Lack of a growing area is incidental...an application from an established industry player and ASX co already growing overseas should suffice to justify their intention to produce locally.

Or, they may well have chosen to forego growing here and instead rely upon importing their product here. Whatever, the lack of transparency erodes confidence, especially when the rest of the sector is flying. Investors have plenty of choices.
