Sounds like words of wisdom to me Mr. Barnacles. My experience, which has usually ended in tears, is that start ups paying excessive remuneration and or free attaching options that are overly generous - well they turn out to be lifestyle companies fleecing the SH's. Without exception, they NEVER achieve milestones, are very difficult to contact, and continually go to the market to raise funds (IE a billion or more shares).
