Raman with chicken soy or miso soup:
In a medium saucepan simmer the following for 15 minutes:
10 cups water.
2 to 3 packets of chicken neck for the supermarket or the like.
Then add the following and simmer for five minutes:
30 gm kombu kelp.
20 gm dried bonito flakes.
Miso or light soy or sweet soy to taste.
Strain out solids.
Serve in bowls with firm to the bit ramen cooked for more or less a minute.
and some of the following:
meat.
vegetables.
chili oil.
sesame oil.
xo sauce.
