Ok .So if it's non binding there is nothing in it .....But what about the millions of dollars wiped out . The punters who got scared and jumped ship .I spilt boiling coffee down my trousers when I read their claims . These issues must be punished IMO.
If there is any insider trading then we all know there is a real chance of time in the slammer .
