Emails IMO do not constitute binding agreements. This is fluff IMO. So much so that I hit the sell button. Stunned that I did given I think the company has potential but this was a surprise out of left field that has me questioning my investment here. Buckelies of standing up in court IMO - why exercise now after all the drilling KDR has done at a large cost to them. Doubt this will see the light of day.
