    Oh this play will happen after they go through the whole court system including appeals - expect this to be messy. In my time in E&R sector one court case doesn't make a cricket team. This could go to the full bench and then even the High Court. Could take a long time to resolve - depends how cashed up MZN is going to be to see how far they can take it, win or lose round 1.
