Good to see KDR came out strongly this morning like RXL and made an undertaking to defend their position, wait what? Still in halt? Surely they have something to say to put holders minds at ease if this is truely a last ditch effort for a co on the way down.
Only the two parties concerned and relevant legal council know what is contained within these email discussions the HC community is just playing the what ifs skewed by what they may be holding. While it's very early days the silence from one of the company's concerned is interesting, I'm sure they are fully checking their legal standing before going to print but if they were 100% sure this is bumkin a strong statement would of been expected.
Going off my current HC sentiment meter the level of b---hurt over on the KDR forums has MZN almost at a buy.
