What's more funny though is the first reply from KDR to MZN denied anything at all, no mention of even some early talks, but now they are coming out to say all of this, which their lawyers will have told them to say/have written for them because they have to.

They can't say anything other than deny, this has been their story and they cannot change their tune now; if they are right then there's nothing to worry about; But if MZN are right then KDR really cannot change their tune and say anything other than DENY, are people on here so deluded to not understand how legal proceedings work?

They have to Deny; whether it's true or not, saying anything else would jeopordise their legal defence.

So it's all fluff until the Courts make the final decision
