LOL perjury?

A public statement does not perjure yourself and why would they shoot themselves in the foot if MZN have any evidence and come out saying:

"Oh crap that's right we signed those rights over to MZN, Ooops sorry guys we were wrong, here you go take out lithium"

No one would do that, their legal team would not allow that, they have denied likely since April and since Friday and since MZN started this and that is the only way they can win.

If KDR are correct then denying is what they can only do because it's the truth.

If MZN are correct, KDR can only Deny because saying publicly anything otherwise would jeopordise their defense in court and very much give MZN a win before even going to court.

The court will have the final say.
