Considering that the MZN BOD’s has over 230 years of age between them you would have gave them the benefit of the doubt over continuous disclosure rules, but with 122 years of experience between them that is another matter.

The MZN ridiculous claim is from a jilted perspective as they are hurting that they could not close a dumb and dumber low ball offer for the Lithium rights.

Reflects on MZN management poorly, trying to save face by publicly declaring that they were almost in the Lithium game to shareholders and peers once upon a time seven months ago. Not a good look.
