A point I made earlier, I am sure POS legal people who have had a look at the potential situation they were getting themselves into prior to tying up any agreement with KDR, Agreeing to X amount of income only to find some other company (MZN) would only pay you less can affect business plans, especially when they have forecast 3 years at approx $6M p/y.
