Sure you have contracted for various companies then you would also be very careful to make a judgement without having read those so called emails.
And if you have read the binding contracts that MZN had with RXL then you should think twice before you come up with those statements as the RXL contract was very straightforward and clear.
MZN management seem to be opportunists and this will bite them in the butt in a very big way.
