What's the value of Mt Holland to KDR?
If MZN get an initial ruling in their favour that is not the end of the process. It gives them a really sound footing but do we honestly expect KDR not to fight tooth and nail to protect their assets?
If KDR turned around post a favourable decision from the SC for MZN and said "here you go, here'a 20million now bugger off" I think MZN would bite their hand off.
