The MZN offer was for $275K cash equivalent so that's all it was worth in April. And that IMO would be the limit of the claim. eg if I granted you a license to manufacturer a product and you had yet to make or sell a single unit, then are you entitled to claim a lost of profit on a fiction future sales volume? Is a government entitled to claim a royalty or taxes on what's in the ground before a mineral has been economically exploited?

If you ask someone to buy you a lotto ticket then it wins and they refuse to hand it over, the price of the ticket isn't the limit of the claim. If they have a case and there is a settlement it will be more than 275k.
