Mate if MZN loses, they will be cutting the drill campaign short to either go into voluntary administration or cap raise because they spent their allocated drilling money on court fees and an expensive lawyer like Martin. In the case of a cap raise the immense dillution will probably have the SP sit at 1c for a while to come...

Let's just hope for fairness and for this mess to be sorted asap. Neither company needs it right now. MZN have a drill campaign to attend to and KDR have a JORC to prepare.

Whoever loses then so be it, but seriously all this has been done quite unprofessionally to the demise of BOTH holders at the present. Both our share prices are hurting.
