what about large lakes and inland seas ?

a constant motion and clean energy source, as opposed to inconsistant sunlight or inconsistant wind,  all countries could extract/transport all their power from oceans and  inland such as the Great Lakes dual supply US/Canada, Lake Michigan US,  Baikal Russia, Caspian  (inland sea, bordering several countries) Black (inland sea) Titicaca Peru/Bolivia, Lake Victoria Uganda, Lake Turkana Ethiopia as examples
