Rather than trying to start defamatory rumours I suggest you base your posts on facts.

The facts being:

a) only the agreement was "unconditional", not the settlement date

b) the settlement date has been deferred until approx April 4, with the agreement of all parties concerned.

c) the delay has been occasioned by the failure on the part of the City Council to issue the necessary approvals in time for settlement to take place on/before February 15.

d) all the necessary financing for the transaction has already been approved
