The British government has recently knocked back a development application for a wind farm in Wales. It seems they are turning against on shore wind farms and would prefer other options to curb CO2 emissions.
Off shore wind is one that appears to be in favour but so too might wave and tidal energy. The development of other wave and tidal zones may be an indication of where they would like to go.
