I think these creditors TTT and La whatever are like the Knee breaking lenders you see in holiwood movies. WHen you think about the terms the amount of equity they are getting for cash its not good terms at all. NOrmally businesses can get loans at what 7 % MAE's interest rate on their loans is about 15% and if you look at the equity effect of the TTT etc convertible notes it much higher than 15% in $ terms of the asset value
