The only reason they will start roductin up is because they aren't getting a high enough price to accept nd they need the production to make it more attractive and fetch a higher price.
I think its a good ida to delay the sale and get production going and if that was the case i would certainly buy back in. It does make sense as gas prices ar moving lower much lower and its better to sell the company in a more favourable environent. In fact if GS were good managers they would delay it until the fundamentals are better. In 2010 we cold see gas prices around $6 which would let MAE upgrade reserves get production going and probably sell for double the current offer.
Either way there will be capital raising through debt and / or shares. There can be nothing other than further dilution, especially if they need money to get wells producing they will need like $20Mill at least.
