Kiwi, ratther than volunteer anything directly on the matter, I will say that your assumptions are very accurate and i would feel content with the roundaboutness of your deductions whether you've been told such details or not. Some do have problems speaking to directors in a head on manner which is normal for the first 5 goes lol (not to patronise anyone, just cold feet take some warming).
