No unfortunately it is now well understood by the long suffering shareholders of Compass Resources that those running the show were more inclined to adhere to the practice of "Continuous NON-Disclosure" or "Selective Disclosure" rather than what was outlined in their own corporate governance documents and statements, and what is required of them under Australian Corporate Law.

And you ask What is ASIC and the ASX up to? I would say the answer to that is long lunches at the taxpayers expense while these renegades laugh at our corporate laws and do as they please.

I now have so little faith in our market and those that are charged with ensuring its integrity that I will never invest in it again. And I am not alone in that view with the number of people of a similar mindset ever increasing.
