People who run a stock down or say " this stock is going to drop to 'x amount' constantly without substance can be interpreted as down ramping
A down ramper wants the price to fall so they can buy in at lower prices cause they believe the stock will go up.
I am happy to hold and I urge everyone to research all posters before giving too much credence to what's being said.
