Alan I agree it is a big ask for someone to sell out of the home...

    I agree it is a big ask for someone to sell out of the home they have struggled to get into

    Almost as bad as sitting down with a client and making them realise the reality that they need to get out of a business they have run for 10 plus years because the business is failing often through no or little fault of the owners and if they do not get out the owner will lose everything.

    It is not a case of getting out and hoping prices fall further so you can get back in cheaper but a case of getting out while you still have some control over the exist process and walk away with more capital or a smaller loss than if the exist is forced.
