getting harder and harder to sell now.

ive been looking at buying for a while and whilst i am almost ready to buy i think they will drop a lot further

i very rarely (or used to) give my phone number to an agent or on the visitors form but of late have been doing that and i fend off calls all day from agents taht are trying to flog a house because the owner is bordering on desperate. prices are being readjusted almost daily

housing has bottomed? no way.
