If I new that I would't have asked the question in the first place.
I have been investing in the stock market both here and overseas for over 20 years. It is the first time I have seen 60% of the board not hold 1 share between them. That is a red flag is it not? At the very least concerning. If you think that is normal you obviously have bikers on. Not a good habit for investing but too common none the less.
It probably reflects how speculative this company really is if most of the board are not willing to risk any of their own money. Geoff Cumming's holding is substantial and that is certainly a positive.
Saying that I am a shareholder in our company and I have learned great deal from the likes of twinvest, cashman, peterfred and others. Thank you all.
I continue to hold despite my concern. GLTA.
