Understand why you might say that as he's not been the public face of the company like he is with his other ventures, but without knowing the extend of his involvement that may be a slightly unfair call.

I work for a big listed company and we rarely see the board, let alone the chairman. That doesn't mean they aren't instrumental in the strategy and direction of the company.

The market as a whole has not had a stellar year, and many micro-caps have been hammered. I'd be more comfortable if the SP was static at 10c than 6c, but I have confident that our patients will be rewarded in multiples over the next 5 years.

As a SH you're right to, and should, challenge key appointments, but in my view we have a much stronger and competent board than we did a year ago..
